SSC Combined Graduate Level(CGL) Exam Notification 2013 Published- Apply online/offline for various Central Govt. Vacancies

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) CGL Exam online Application form 2013


Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will conducting a Combined Graduate Level Exam 2013 for the recruitment of various Posts in different Central Govt. departments.The examination will comprise of two Phases which will be conducted by SSC in the month of April & July. The candidates who are interested for CGL exam 2013 for various posts can apply online/offline before 15 Feb 2013. The other necessary information regarding these vacancies are:

Important Dates:
Opening Date of Registration starts from - 19 Jan 2013.
Closing Date of Registration (Part-I) - 13 Feb 2013.
Closing Date of Registration (Part-II) - 15 Feb 2013.
Date of Receipt of Application (For Far Flung areas) - 22 Feb 2013.
Tentative Date of Exam - 14 April & 21 April 2013.

c) Inspector of Income Tax, Central Excise, Preventive Officer, Examiner, Inspector of Posts.
d) Assistant Enforcement Officer.
e) Sub-Inspector.

h) Auditor.
i) Accountant/Junior Accountant.
j) Upper Division Clerk (UDC)
k) Tax Assistant.

Age Limit (as on 1 Jan 2013):

The candidate age is between 18 to 28yrs. (Applicant must have been born not earlier than 2.1.1986 & not later than (1.1.1995)
Statistical Investigator (Grade-II)
Not More than 26yrs ((Applicant must have been born not earlier than 2.1.1987)
Assistant/Sub/Inspector (CBI)
The candidate age is between 20 to 27yrs (Applicant must have been born not earlier than 2.1.1986 & not later than (1.1.1993)


Educational Qualification: 1) For Compiler: Bachelor Degree from any recognized University with Economics/Statistics/Mathematics as a compulsory subject. 

2) For Statistical Investigator (Grade-II): Bachelor Degree from any recognized University with Economics/Statistics/Mathematics as a compulsory subject OR Bachelor degree in Commerce from the recognized University.

3) For All Other Posts: Bachelor Degree from a recoganized University Or its equivalent qualification.


How to Apply:

a) For Offline:The application must be submitted only in the prescribed format with the CRFS stamp available at all departmental Post Offices & send to the Concerned Regional Office/Sub Regional Offices of the Commissions having address mentioned in the Notification.

b) For Online: Online submission of application may be made at website http://ssconline.nic.in & http://ssconline2.gov.in. The candidates should read the instructions carefully before selecting any option. The online registration contain two parts Part-I & Part-II. In part-I candidate fill all the mandatory details & then press "I Agree" button. Then, a Registration No. will be generated take the printout of that Registration No. & candidate also take the scanned Photograph & Signature (Less than 1KB) for complete the Online process. Candidates can pay application fee through SBI Net Banking OR cash through SBI Bank challan.
