Reserve Bank of India (RBI) was established on 1 April 1935, in accordance with the provision of Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. The RBI becomes nationalized in 1949 & it is fully owned by the Govt. of India. Now, the RBI opens the recruitment for the deserving candidates who have to fulfill their eligibility criteria. The RBI invites the application for the posts of Legal Officers Grade ‘B’. The details regarding these vacancies are:

Eligibility Criteria for Legal Officers Jobs

Educational Qualification (as on 1.1.2013)

Bachelor Degree in Law from the recognized University/Bar council of India with minimum 50% marks.

Age Limit (as on 1.1.13):

The candidate age for this post is not exceeding than 32yrs. (Relaxation in age limit as per Govt. rules).

Application Fee:

The Fee should be exempted for SC/ST/PWD category candidates & Rs.100/- for General category candidates

Candidates should read all the instructions carefully & then click on the link “Apply”. Before starting filling up of online application, a candidate must purchase the D.D OR IPO for Rs. 100/- & the fee should be exempted for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

For Off Line: The candidate must apply in the application format published in this advertisement. All the columns in this application must be filled legibly or typed. Incomplete application cannot be accepted. The Offline applications have to be sent to the given address “The General Manager, Reserve Bank of India Service Board, Post Bag No. 4618, Mumbai Central Post Office, Mumbai – 400008”. The envelop containing the application should be subscribed “APPLICATION FOR THE POST FOR LEGAL OFFICER IN GRADE B”.
