It has 14 regional hubs & 57 Zonal Offices located at important cities throughout India and With a view to compete with the expansion & make a strong effect for a long time on economical progress, S.B.I has announced to hire 20000 candidates in 2013.In this regard it has issued the latest notification today for the candidates who were eagerly waiting for the Probationary Officers (PO) bank Jobs in S.B.I. Now, the wait has become over because the Bank has issued the SBI PO Recruitment 2013 Notification. The details regarding these Vacancies are:

Dates to Remember:
Opening date of online registration – 30 Jan 2013 to 23 Feb 2013.
Online Date of Payment Fees – 30 Jan 2013 to 23 Feb 2013.
Offline Payment of Fees – 1 Feb 2013 to 28 Feb 2013.
Date of Written Exam – 28 April 2013.

 Eligibility Criteria for S.B.I Probationary Officers (as on 1.1.2013)

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from the recognized University OR any other equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Govt. of India.

Age Criteria (as on 1.1.2013):
The candidate age should not below than 21yrs & not more than 30yrs.( i.e the candidate must have been  not earlier than 2.1.1983 & not later than 1.1.1992.

Application/Intimation Fees (Non refundable):
a) For SC/ST/PWD Candidates: Rs. 50/-
b) For General & Other Candidates: Rs. 200/-

How to Apply:
The candidates will be required to register themselves Online through Bank website (www.statebankof india.com OR www.sbi.co.in). After which the  candidates have to pay the fee in any of the two modes through Offline Mode/ Online Mode:

1) For Offline Mode: The candidate fills the payment fee challan which will be required at any branch of State Bank of India counter with the requisite fee. The candidate should their photograph & signature (as detail under the guide lines). Then, the candidate revisits the website & open the appropriate online application format available in the “Recruitment link”. Fill the Online application carefully & atlast click on the submit button.   

2) For Online Mode: The candidate fills the payment fee challan which will be required at any branch of State Bank of India counter with the requisite fee. The candidate should their photograph & signature (as detail under the guide lines). Then, the candidate revisits the website. No Fee payment challan will be generated. Fee payment will have to be made online trough payment gateway available there at.The payment should be paid by using Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking.
