For S.No.1 & 8: Degree OR Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Computer Applications/Information Technology/Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Telecommunications/Electronics & Instrumentation from recoganized University/Institution OR Graduate from recognized University having passed DOEACC 'B' Level.
For S.No.2: Degree in Agriculture or allied specializations Such Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/Veterinary Science/Dairy Science/Agriculture Science/Fishery Science/Pisciculture/Forestry Etc. from the recognized University.
For S.No.3: Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a Subject at a degree level OR Post Graduate Degree in Sanskrit with English & Hindi as a subject in degree level.
For S.No.4 & 9: A Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB).
For S.No.5: Degree in Engineering in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Production/Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication/Computer Science/Information Technology/Textile/Chemical/B.Pharma/Metallurgy Etc.
For S.No.6: Graduate from the recognized University & Post Graduate Degree OR Diploma recognized by AICET in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations HDR/Social Work/Labour Law OR Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Management with specialization in HRD from the recoganized University.

The candidates are firstly advised to go the website of IBPS's (www.ibps.in) & click on the Home page to open the link "Common Written Examination' & then click on the option "CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CWE-SPECIALIST OFFICERS (CWE-SPL-II) March 2013" to open the online application form. After that candidates have to enter their basic details & upload in the online application form. The candidates also upload their latest photograph & signatures as per the specifications given in the Guidelines of IBPS.After all this procedure the applicant rechecked the details carefully & click on the submit Button to complete the process. The candidates who pay through OFF LINE mode they can deposit their fee through CBS in any of the 7 branches mentioned in the notification.
