Punjab Agriculture University (PAU) Invites Application of the eligible candidates for the following posts. The forms regarding the posts can be obtained by Post from the Office of the Registrar, PAU, Ludhiana. The detail regarding Vacancies is as follows:

Name of Posts: Dean, College of Agriculture
Educational Qualification: Degree in B.Sc/ B.Sc (Agri.)/ B.Sc (Hons.) in second division.
2) PhD. in any discipline of Agriculture Science.
Name of Post: Registrar
Educational Qualification: A Post Graduate Degree with at least 55% marks OR its equivalent.
Name of Post: Comptroller
Educational Qualification: Graduate OR Post Graduate with Second Division.
2) Must have passed S.S.S Examination held by the comptroller & Auditor General of India/State Finance Dept. OR Higher standard Examination of PAU.
OR
Graduate with Second division & Chartered Accountant with 55% marks.
Name of Post: Senior Biochemist
Educational Qualification: PhD. Degree in Biochemistry /Food Technology.
Name of Post: Associate Professor of Computer Science
Educational Qualification: Master Degree with OPCA of 6.50 out of 10 or 65% marks.
2) PhD Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering.
Name of Post: Deputy Director (Trg.) at KVKs
Educational Qualification: PhD. in any discipline of Agriculture & allied Science.
Name of Post: Assistant Professor (Bioinformatics)
Educational Qualification: Degree in B.Sc (Bioinformatics) / B.Sc (Biotech.)/ B.Sc in second division.
2) Master Degree in Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/Molecular Genetics.
Name of Post: Assistant Director physical Education
Educational Qualification: Graduate Second Division in the relevant discipline.
2) Master Degree in Physical Education with 55% marks or its equivalent qualification.
Name of Post: Assistant Plant Pathologist at outstation
Educational Qualification: Degree in B.Sc/ B.Sc (Agri.) in second division.
2) Master Degree in Plant Pathologist.
Name of Post: Assistant Professor (Agri. Engg) at KVK
Educational Qualification: Degree in Agriculture Engg. in second division.
2) Master Degree in Agriculture Engg. With minimum 65% marks.

The candidate can get the application form for these posts can also be obtained from by post from the Office of the Registrar, PAU, Ludhiana by sending the Bank Draft/IPO not below Rs. 100/- in favour of Comptroller , PAU, Ludhiana Payable at Ludhiana along with self-addressed envelop bearing stamp of Rs. 45/- by 22.11.2012.
