Coast Guard (Ministry of Defence) gives an excellent opportunity for Men &
Women to become an officer in Indian Coast Guard through the 02/2013 batch. So
all the candidates who wish to become Assistant Commandant in the prestigious

Qualification Criteria:
For S.No.1 (12th pass with
60% marks in (Physics & Maths) &
A Degree should be valid from recognized university with minimum 60%
marks.
For S.No.2 (12th pass with
60% marks in (Physics & Maths) & B.Sc from the recognized university
with 60% in Physics & Maths).
For S.no.3 (12th pass with
60% marks in (Physics & Maths) & Engineering with 60% marks in Naval
Architecture/Mechanical/Production/Automotive/Electrical/E&C by AICET
approved institution.
For S.no.4 - Pass in 12th
class with 60% marks & should posses Current/Valid pilot License approved
by DGCA.
For S.no.5 - Pass in 12th
class with 60% marks in Physics & Maths & A valid Bachelor Degree with
60% marks from the recognized university.
Age Limit:
For S.no.1&5 - The Candidate born
between 1 July 1988 to 30 June 1992.
For S.no. 2&4 – The Candidate born
between 1 July 1986 to 30 June 1994.
For S.no.3 - The Candidate born between
1 July 1983 to 30 June 1992.
Dates to be noted:
Opening Date for Applying Online 30 Nov
2012.
Last Date for Applying Online 17 Dec 2012.
Instructions for Filling Online
Application:
The
candidate log on to (www.joincoastguard.org) for
filling online application for the posts. Select the advertisement & choose
the post for which the candidate applied for. Click on the Agree button & an Application displayed. Fill all the necessary
details mentioned in the form & then click on the submit button. After
saving the application form a registration no. will be displayed & candidates are
required to print two copies application. One copy duly signed along with the
photograph & necessary documents attested by the Gazetted officer &
submitted at the examination centre.
