Eligibility Criteria for Chandigarh Administration Education Department
Educational Qualification (as on 1.6.2012):
1) For Clerk: Bachelor Degree from recognized University & Proficiency in operations of Computer & a speed of 34 w.p.m in English on Computer.
2) For Steno Typist: Bachelor Degree from recognized University & Proficiency in operations of Computer & a speed of 80 w.p.m in English on Stenography & a speed of 20 w.p.m in transcription the same on computer.
Application Fee (Non-Refundable):
a) For Clerk: Rs. 400/- for General Category & Departments of Ex-servicemen.
b) For Office Assistant: Rs. 200/- for SC/OBC/PH/EXSM Candidates.
Age Limit (as on 1-1-2013):
The candidate age is between 18yrs & 25yrs.
(Relaxation in age as per Govt. rules)
Steps to Apply:
1) The candidates has to apply only Online through the Bank website http://recruitment.cdacmohali.in from 17.7.13 to 5.8.13
2) The candidates should take the printout of the fee payment challan. Fill the fee challan in Block Letters.
3) Then, go to the any nearest branches of Axis Bank along with the download fee challan for depositing the Fees.
4) After all this the candidate revisits the bank website again to open the appropriate online application format. Then, fill all the details carefully mentioned in that format & at the last click the ‘Submit’ button to complete the process. The candidates can also pay their through CBS/NEFT.
5) The candidate must have a scanned copy of passport size photograph. Without the Photograph candidate cannot apply for the Job. The size of The Photograph less than 120kb.
