Staff Selection Commission (SSC) central region Allahabad invites application for the posts of Stenographers (Grade 'C' & 'D' Examination 2013 in various offices under Govt. of India falling within the jurisdiction of Staff Selection Commission. The important information for these vacancies is as follows:

Important Dates:
Last date of Receipt of Application - 26th October 2013
Last date of Receipt of Application - 1st November 2013
(For Special States)
Last Dare for Part-I Registration - 24th October 2013
Last Dare for Part-II Registration - 26th October 2013

Eligibility Criteria for SSC Vacancies

Educational Qualification (as on 1.8.2013):
The candidate must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent qualification form recognized Board/University.

Age limit:
The candidate age is between 18yrs to 27 yrs (as on 1.8.13)
Relaxation in age as per Govt. Rules)

Application/Intimation Fees (Non refundable): The candidates submitting the application should pay the fee by means of “Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS) Only which will be available at the counter of all departmental Post Offices of the country. After getting the recruitment fee stamps cancelled from the Post Office, the candidate must submit their application to the concerned Regional/Sub-Regional Offices of the commission. Application with CRFS not cancelled by the Post Office will be rejected.

How to Apply:
The Application must submitted only in the prescribed format On-line or by Post. The online submission of application may be made at the website www.ssconline.nic.in. The candidates should read the instructions in this Notice carefully before making carefully before making any entry or selection options. The candidate should fill all the required details while filling the online application form. On the submission of details, the candidate shall be prompted to check the details & make any correction in the application. Candidate should press "I Agree" button after the completion of online application form. The Registration no. shall be generated while the form was saved. Note down the registration no. for future reference.The application procedure is incomplete without the Part-II Registration. The online application is completed only if scanned photograph & signature are uploaded as per instructions.
