Eligibility Criteria for ESIC Specialist Gr.-II (Jr. Scale) Vacancies
Educational Qualification:
A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second schedule of Part-II of third schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualification included in Part-II of the Third schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Sub-Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
Mode of Payment:
A demand of Rs. 225/- (Rupees Two hundred & Twenty Five Only) in Favour of ‘ESI Account no. 1’ drawn on any schedule Bank payable at the respective city of the state for which the candidates wants to apply as mentioned in the Notification has to be submitted along with the application form.

How to Apply:
1) The candidates duly filled & signed Application Form in the Performa appended below along with the attested copies of certificates are to be sent in a cover super subscribed “Application for the Post of Specialists Gr. II (Jr. Scale)”, State Applied for _______ , Specialty Applied for ________” by registered post/speed post so as to reach the office of the concerned SSMC/SMC of the concerned state at the addresses mentioned in the Notification. Those candidates who are applied in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies etc. should send their applications through proper channel. However, they may send an advance copy of their application along with Demand-Draft & other certificates & testimonials before the last date.
