Eligibility Criteria for Central Industrial Security Forces (CSIF)

Educational Qualification:
1) For ASI/Steno: The candidate should have passed 12th form the recognized Board/University OR Equivalent.

Age Limit (as on 27-9-2013): The candidate is between 18 to 25yrs from the Closing Date receipt of application.
(Relaxation in age as per Govt. rules)

Processing Fee (Non-Refundable):
The application fee will be Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty Only) which is to be sent along with the application form through crossed non-refundable Indian Postal Order drawn in Favour of Officers mentioned in the Notification. No fee is required in case of SC/ST/Women & EXSM candidates.

How to Apply:
The candidates who fulfill the criteria may submit their application on the prescribed format mentioned below the Notification & should be sent to the authorities prescribed in the Notification along with the requisite application fees in the form of postal order. The Applicant fill the Application form & Admit card in the prescribed format & affix the recent passport size photograph duly self attested & the envelope should be super-scribed “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ASSISTANT SUB-INSPECTOR (STENOGRAPHER) & ASI/STENO (LDCE)” may be sent to the concerned DIG as mentioned in the Notification.
