UPSC Recruitment Notification for Engineering Services Examination 2013

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) invites Online Application for 763 Posts through Engineering Services Examination,2013 which will be held in June 2013. The interested candidates who are eligible for this post may apply online through the official website on or before 6 May 2013.The necessary information for these Examination is mentioned below:

Eligibility Criteria for UPSC Engineering Services Examination 2013

Educational qualification
The candidate obtained a Degree in Engineering from recognized University/Institution.
                                         OR
M.Sc Degree or its equivalent qualification with wireless communication, Electronics, Radio Physics & Radio Engineering as a Special Subject.



Application Fees:
Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) either by depositing the money in any branch of S.B.I by Cash OR by using Net Banking facility of S.B.I, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, State Bank of Hyderabad/State Bank of Mysore/State Bank of Patiala/State Bank of Travancore. The Female/SC/ST/PH candidates are exempted from payment of Fees.

Age Limit:
The candidate for this examination must have attained the age of 21yrs & must not have attained the age of 30yrs on (1 Jan 2013) [must have not born earlier than 2 Jan 2013 & not later than 1 Jan 1992]


How to Apply:
The candidate must apply online through the website www.upsconline.nic.in. The candidate who wishes to apply for more than one Post should apply separately & pay the fee for each post in prescribed manner. The candidate are required to submit only one application irrespective of the number of posts opted. All the instructions regarding the online application form is available at the website. Candidates should the instructions carefully before making any entry or selecting options. Candidate should supply all the required details while filling up the online form. The filling of online applications contain two parts Part-I & Part-II. The part-I registration will have to fill all the basic information. After all the information in Part-I the candidate may press “I Agree” button to complete the process. Then a page with registration no. shall be generated & take the printout of the page. The application process is incomplete without Part-II registration. In Part-II registration requires for filling the payment details, uploading the photograph & scanned signature. On completion of Part-II registration e-mail will be received by the candidates regarding submission of online application. The Online Registration  After Submitting the Online Recruitment Application, the candidates are required to take the printout of the final submitted Online Recruitment Application & send along with the specified Documents.
