Directorate General Assam Rifles Notification for Posts of Warrant Officer/Clerk

The office of the Directorate General Assam Rifles, Shillong invites applications in the Assam Rifles recruitment rally which will be held at Jorhat (Assam), NRS Johrat Town for the enrollment of 356 (Male Candidates) for the following Posts:

Educational Qualification:

For Warrant Officer (PA):  10+2 or equivalent with English & Mathematics & Short hand speed with 80 w.p.m & Typing speed 40 w.p.m.
For Havildar Clerk: 10+2 or equivalent with English & Mathematics & Typing speed with 30 w.p.m in English & in Hindi 250 w.p.m.

Age Criteria:

The Candidate age is between 18 to 23yrs (as on 1.08.2012) & for SC/ST category candidates relaxed age limit is 5yrs & for OBC category candidates relaxed age limit is 3yrs.

The Candidates submit their Application Form by 20 Nov. 2012 to “DIRECTORATE GENERAL ASSAM RIFLES (RECRUITMENT BRANCH), LAITUMKHARH POST SHILLONG, MEGHALAYA-793011” as per the format along with the D.D of Rs. 50/- in favour of Directorate General Assam Rifles Payable at SBI DGAR, Shillong, Code No. 7338.
