The Central Recruitment Agency on behalf of the Distt. & Session Judge, U.T Chandigarh invites online applications for filling of Vacant Post of Clerk in the subordinate Courts of U.T Chandigarh as per the detail mentioned below:

Eligibility Criteria for Chandigarh Clerk Vacancies in Subordinate Court

Educational Qualification:
The Candidate should possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts OR Bachelor of Science OR equivalent from recognized University. The candidate should have passed Matriculation with Hindi/Punjabi as one of the subject & must have in proficiency in operations of computers.

Application Fee (Non-Refundable):
a) For General Category Rs. 500/-
b) For SC/OBC: Rs. 125/-

Age Limit (as on 1-1-2014):
a) For General Category: Minimum Age is 18yrs & Maximum Age is 30 Yrs.
b) For SC Category: Minimum Age is 18yrs & Maximum Age is 35 Yrs.
c) For OBC Category: Minimum Age is 18yrs & Maximum Age is 33 Yrs.
d) For in service Employees: Minimum Age is 18yrs & Maximum Age is 45 Yrs.

Steps to Apply:


For Registration-I: The applicant can apply only Online through the website www.recruitmenthighcourtchd.com by clicking at the button ‘Chandigarh’ & link for the post for which the candidate wants to apply. Applicant will get the Registration ID & Password & will print ‘Cash Deposit Receipt’ for deposit of fee in the designated bank (State Bank of India). No other mode of payment of fee is admissible.

For Registration-II:
Before proceeding to step-II, the applicant should scanned the latest passport size photograph & signature, qualification & fee payment details in the form. After doing applicant will have the preview of the filled form. Applicant can edit the information filled in step-II at that time. Candidates are advice to check the information filled by them carefully before clicking on the button “LOCK & SUBMIT”. If the information is correct the applicant should click on the ‘LOCK & SUBMIT’ button to complete the process.
