Rural Electrician Corporation Limited (REC) a schedule  a NAVRATNA Enterprises under the administrative control of Ministry of Power, was incorporated on 25 July, 1969 under the companies act 1956. From the formative years beginning in 1969 when the company financed mainly pumpset energisation and Village Electrification Schemes, the company has  come a long way & today it is one of the leading Public Financial  institutions in the country. The company has a consistent record of excellent growth & profitability  over the last decade. The company was listed  on the stock exchange  in March 2008. The company has  a training institute in Hyderabad  by the name  “Central  Institute  for Rural Electrification  (CIRE)'  which caters to the training and development  needs of Power Sector employees both for India & Abroad.

2) Manager (Engg.) - 02
Essential  Qualification:  B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical  or equivalent  from a recognized University/Institute with Ist division or equivalent CGPA.

3) Dy. Manager (Engg.) - 02
Essential  Qualification:  B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical  or equivalent  from a recognized University/Institute with Ist division or equivalent CGPA.

4) Dy. Manager (Engg.) Civil  - 01

Essential  Qualification:  Graduate from a recognized University & CA/ICWA candidates having MBA in (Finance) from a recognized University/Institute with Ist division or equivalent CGPA. MBA Finance candidate should have passed. Graduate in B. Com or B.A in economics Honours.

7) Dy. Manager (Finance & Accounts) – 01
Essential  Qualification:  Graduate from a recognized University & CA/ICWA candidates having MBA in (Finance) from a recognized University/Institute with Ist division or equivalent CGPA. MBA Finance candidate should have passed . Graduate in B. Com or B.A in economics Honours.

8) Asst. Manager (Finance & Accounts) – 02
Essential  Qualification:  Graduate from a recognized University & CA/ICWA candidates having MBA in (Finance) from a recognized University/Institute with Ist division or equivalent CGPA. MBA Finance candidate should have passed . Graduate in B. Com or B.A in economics Honours.

9) Officer (Finance & Accounts) – 04
Essential  Qualification:  Graduate from a recognized University & CA/ICWA candidates having MBA in (Finance) from a recognized University/Institute with Ist division or equivalent CGPA. MBA Finance candidate should have passed . Graduate in B. Com or B.A in economics Honours.

10) Engineer (IT) - 04
Essential  Qualification:  B.E/B.Tech in Computers/IT or PG Degree in MCA/M. Tech/MCS/M.Sc in IT/Computers or equivalent  from a recognized University/Institute with Ist division or equivalent CGPA.

Only General & OBC (NCL) candidates  are required to pay a fee of Rs.500/- with an option to make  a such payment either through online mode or through DD mode  in favour of Rural Electrification Corporation Limited payable  at New Delhi.
