Eligibility Criteria for SSC Vacancies
Essential Qualification (as on 1.1.2013): Bachelor
Degree from a Recognized university/Institution OR it’s equivalent qualification.
Age Limit: The minimum age of the
candidate is 20yrs & maximum age is 25yrs.

Application/Intimation Fees (Non refundable):
The
Candidates should pay Rs. 100/- (Rupees hundred only) through CRF stamp in Case
of Off-line OR SBA Challan OR Online payment through State Bank of India for
Online Applications. Fee is exempted for all women candidates & the
candidate belonging to SC/ST/EXSM eligible for reservation as per Govt. order.
How to Apply:
The
Application must be submitted only in the prescribed format Online or on
paper/Off-Line.
For Online Application: The
Online application may be made through website www.ssconline.nic.in. The candidates submitting their Online
Applications to pay the requisite fee only through the State Bank of India
(SBI) either in the form of Challan OR Net-banking. The candidates should read
the instructions carefully before making entry or selecting options. Candidates
should apply all the required details while filling up the online application
form. The filling of online application form in two parts Part-I & Part-II.
The part-I registration will have to fill all the basic information. After all
the information in Part-I the candidate may press “I Agree” button to complete the process. Then a page with
registration no. shall be generated & take the printout of the page. The
application process is incomplete without Part-II registration. In Part-II
registration requires for filling the payment details, uploading the photograph
& scanned signature. On completion of Part-II registration e-mail will be
received by the candidates regarding submission of online application.
For Offline Applications: The
candidates should pay the fee by means of CRFS stamps only. These stamps are
available at the counters of all Departmental Post offices of the country.
Recruitment Fee stamps should be pasted on the application form in the space
earmarked for the purpose & got cancelled from the counter of the post
office of issue with the date stamp of the issuing Post Office in such a manner
that the impression or the cancellation stamps partially overflows on the
application form itself, taking care at the same time that the impression is
clear & distinct to facilitate the identification of date & Post Office
of issue at any subsequent stage. After getting the recruitment fee stamps
cancelled from the post office, the candidate must submit their application to
the concerned Regional Office/Sub Regional Offices of the Commission in the
usual manner after completing the other formalities. Applications with CRFS nor
cancelled by the post office will be rejected.
