Lok Sabha invites applications from the Indian citizens to fill up the Vacancies for the following Posts in Lok Sabha Secretariat. The candidates may send their application before the closing date on or before 15th March 2013. The detail for the various posts mentioned below.

Eligibility Criteria for Lok Sabha Vacancies
Educational Qualification:
a) For Executive/Legislative/Committee/Protocol Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any discipline from recognized University & a certificate course in computers recognized by All India Council for Technical Education/DOEACC/Course equivalent to ‘O’ level prescribed by DOEACC.
b) For Security Assistant Grade-II (Technical): Bachelor Degree in Science from a recoganized university OR Bachelor Degree in Electronics or Communication/Computer Science from the recognized University OR Three year diploma in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electronics & Communication recognized by University/AICTE.
c) Security Assistant Grade-II (for Ex-Serviceman): 12th from a recognized Board/Institution & Training in handling & operation of arms.
d) Junior library Assistant: Bachelor Degree in Library Science from recognized University & a certificate course in computers recognized by All India Council for Technical Education/DOEACC/Course equivalent to ‘O’ level prescribed by DOEACC.
e) Junior Clerk: Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized University & a minimum typing speed of 40w.p.m in English/Hindi stream. Preference will be given to those having typing speed 40wpm both in English & Hindi. A certificate course in computers recognized by All India Council for Technical Education/DOEACC/Course equivalent to ‘O’ level prescribed by DOEACC.
Age Limit:
The Maximum age for S.No.1 & 2 is 27yrs & for S.No.3 is 45yrs.
How to Apply:
The candidates have to apply in typewritten form for the above posts either in Hindi or English as per the format. The format of the vacancies can be downloaded form the website http://www.loksabha.nic.in or mentioned below the Notification under the Link “Recruitment”. The candidate who wants to apply for more than one post should separate application for each post. The candidates should affix recent passport size photographs, one on the application form & other on the attendance sheet. Candidates should send their application in an envelop subscribing the name of the post applied for on the cover of the envelope. The applicants must fill all the columns properly mentioned in the application form. The complete applications should be sent to The JOINT RECRUITMENT CELL, ROOM NO.521, PARLIAMENT HOUSE ANNEXE, NEW DELHI-110001. The incomplete application shall be summarily rejected.
