Application/Intimation Fee (Non-Refundable):
A Demand Draft for Rs. 400/- valid for three months drawn in favour of 'Life Corporation of India' payable at Mumbai should be enclosed with the application. The candidates belongs to SC/ST/PH category are not need to pay any Fee.

The duly filled application along with the necessary documents in the envelop should subscribed "Application for the Post of ________ in LIC - SC/ST/OBC/GEN/ECO/SSRCO/PH" Which ever is applicable at the Left Hand top corner f the envelop together with the enclosure s mentioned above should be addressed to The Executive Director (Personnel), Life Insurance Corporation of India, Central Office, Yogakshema, Jeevan Bima Marg,Nariman Point, Mumbai-400021 should be reach to this address before the closing date.
