It issued latest Notification & invite applications from the eligible candidates of India for the Various Posts of Grade-B officers in Reserve Bank of India. Eligibility Criteria for Grade’B’ Officers Vacancies in R.B.I

Educational Qualification (as on 1.6.2013)
a) A First Class Bachelor Degree with a minimum 60% marks aggregate OR an equivalent grade.
b) A Second class Master Degree with minimum 55% marks OR an equivalent grade in all semesters.
c)  A Doctorate Degree with minimum 50% marks of an equivalent Grade in all semesters.
d) Bachelor’s Degree in Charted/Cost Accountant/Company Secretary (ACS).
e) A Post Graduate Diploma in Management/MBA qualification from a recognized institute by Govt. of India/University Grant Commission (UGC) with Graduation/Bachelors Degree. 

Age Limit (as on 1.6.13):
The candidate age must be between 21yrs and 30yrs. The candidate must have not born earlier than 2.6.1983 and not later than 1.6.1992 (Both Dates including)
(Relaxation in age as per Govt. Rules)

Application Fee (Non-Refundable):
The candidate belongs to OBC & General category should paid Rs.400/- (Four Hundred Only) & No Fee should be paid for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM/Staff category candidates.

Submission of Application:
Candidates can apply for the Post either on the prescribed application (On-Line) OR submit the application (Off-Line). The candidates have the option of making the payment of requisite fees either through the On-Line mode Or the OFF-LINE mode.

For Online Mode: The candidate have to apply online through bank website www.rbi.org.in for filling the online application  Candidate will have to enter their basic details & upload their photograph & signature as per the specification given in the Notification. Candidates should read all the instructions carefully & then click on the “Submit” button at the end of the online application format. Before pressing the “Submit” button candidates are advised to verify all the fields in the application. A Provisional Registration/Receipt Number& password will be displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Registration Number & Password.  The payment can be made by using only Master/Visa Debit card OR by suing Net Banking. Candidates are required to take the printout of the e-receipt.

For Off Line Mode: The candidates should fill the details in online application form carefully.Click on the “Submit” button at the end of the on-line application format. A Registration number & password will be generates by the system & displayed on the screen. The candidate should note sown the Registration Number & Password for future purpose.

b) a candidate belonging to the ex-serviceman category should either be a graduate form a recognized University OR should have passed the matriculation OR its equivalent examination of the Armed Forces and rendered at least 15yrs of defence services.

c) Candidates applying for the post in a particular state should be proficient in language of the state.

1) For Research Officer ‘B’ Department of Economic and Policy Research (DEPR) 

a) Master degree in Economics with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized Indian/Foreign University/Institute.

b) A Doctorate Degree in Economics with Master Degree in any subject with a minimum 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years from a recognized Indian/Foreign University/Institute.
Age Limit (as on 1.5.13): Between 21yrs to 30 yrs.

2) For Research Officers ‘B’ Department of Statistics and Information Management (DSIM):

a) A Master Degree in Statistics/Mathematical Economics/Econometrics/Statistics & informatics from IIT Kharagpu/Applied Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Bombay with minimum % marks.

b) Master Degree in Mathematics with a minimum % marks or an equivalent  grade in aggregate of all semesters/years and one year post graduate diploma in Statistics or related subjects from an reputed institute OR Master Degree in Statistics from Indian Statistical Institute with minimum % marks in all semesters.

Age Limit (as on 1.5.13): Between 21yrs to 30 yrs.

3) For Rajbhasha Officer Grade ‘A’

a) Second class Master Degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation, with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor Degree level.
                                                 OR
Second class Master Degree in English, with Hindi as one of the subject at Bachelor Degree level
                                                 OR
Second class Master Degree in Sanskrit/Economics/Commerce with English and Hindi as subject at Bachelor Degree level.
                                                 OR
Master Degree in both English and Hindi/Hindi Translation of which one must be second class.

Age Limit (as on 1.5.13): Not more than 30 yrs.

4) For Manager (Technical-Civil): A Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification with a minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years.

Age Limit (as on 1.5.13): Not more than 35 yrs.

5) For Manager (Technical-Electrical): A B.E/B.Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 60%  marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years.
