Eligibility Criteria for Deccan Grameen Bank (DGB)
Educational Qualification
1) For Officer Scale-I: Degree in any discipline from a recognized University OR its equivalent.
Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/Diploma in Banking, Finance Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agriculture Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing & Co-Operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics & Accountancy. Proficiency in Local language (Hindi) & Computer Knowledge will be added Qualification.
2) For Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent qualification with minimum 50% marks. Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/Diploma in Banking, Finance Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agriculture Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing & Co-Operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics & Accountancy.
3) For Officer Scale-II (IT): Degree from a recognized University in Electronics/Communication/Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.
4) For Officer Scale-II (CA): Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of Charted Accountants of India.
5) For Officer Scale-II (Law): Degree from a recognized university in Law OR its equivalent with minimum 50% marks.
6) For Officer Scale-II (Treasury Officer): Candidate should be Charted Accountant or MBA in Finance from reputed Institute.
7) For Officer Scale-II (Marketing Officer): MBA in Marketing from any reputed Institute.
8) For Officer Scale-II (Agriculture Officer): Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent qualification with minimum 50% marks in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Veterinary Science, Agriculture Engineering, Pisciculture.
9) For Officer (Scale-III): Degree in any discipline from a recognized University OR its equivalent. The candidate must have the knowledge of computers & local language.
10) For Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Degree in any discipline from a recognized University OR its equivalent. The candidate must have the knowledge of computers & local language.
