Educational Qualification
1) For Extension Officer: Master Degree in Agriculture/Agricultural Extension/any of the Agricultural Science from a recognized University OR MBA with B.Sc. (Agriculture) from a recognized University OR Master Degree in Rural Management from a recoganized institute or equivalent.
2) For Economic Officer: Post Graduate Degree in Economics/Business Economics/Econometrics from recognized University/Institute.
3) For Company Prosecutor: Master Degree in Law from recognized University/Institute.
4) For Assistant Professor (Computer Science): Master Degree in Computer Science from the recognized University/Institute.
5) For Assistant Professor (Political Science): Master Degree in Political Science from the recognized University/Institute.
6) For Junior Works Manager (Chemical): M.Sc in Chemistry OR Degree in Chemical Engineering/Technology or equivalent from recognized University/Institute.
7) For Junior Works Manager (Electrical): Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from recognized University/Institute.
8) For Junior Works Manager (Mechanical): Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from recognized University/Institute.
9) For Junior Scientific Officer (Explosive): Master Degree in Chemistry/Forensic Science with Chemistry as one of the Subject at Bachelor Degree of Science level or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute.

Age Limit (as on closing date):
a) Not more than 50yrs for the Post at item no. 18.
b) Not more than 45yrs for the Post at item no. 10, 11, 12 & 13.
c) Not more than 40yrs for the Post at item no. 22, 25, 28, 29 & 32.
d) Not more than 38yrs for the Post at item no. 4.
e) Not more than 35yrs for the Post at item no. 1, 5, 14, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 26, 27, 30, 31, 33, 34, 35, 36 & 37.
f) Not more than 30yrs for the Post at item no. 2, 3, 9 & 15.
g) Between 21 & 30yrs for the Post at item no. 6, 7, & 8.

Application/Intimation Fees (Non refundable): The candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/-(Rupees Twenty Five Only) only either remitting the money in any branch of the state Bank of India (SBI) either in the form of Cash or Net Banking. The SC/ST/EXSM/PH& all women candidates are not required to pay any fee. The OBC male candidates are required to pay full prescribed fee there is no exemption in fee for them.
How to Apply:The candidate must apply online through the website www.upsconline.nic.in. The candidate who wishes to apply for more than one Post should apply separately & pay the fee for each post in prescribed manner. Applications received through any other mode would not be accepted.
