Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) invites online application for admission to the Army, Navy, Air Force wings of the NDA 131^st course commencing from 2 Jan 2014.The candidates joining the Indian Naval Academy would undergo for 4yrs B.Tech course & would be given an opportunity to join Executive & Technical Branches of the Navy. Eligibility Criteria for UPSC National Defence Academy & Naval Academy Examination (I) 2013

Age Limit:

Only unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2 Jan 1995 & not later than 1 July 1997.

Application Fee:

The candidates belong to the General category are required to pay a fee of Rs. 100/- & for SC/ST candidates are exempted for payment of Fee. The applicant paid cash in any branch of the SBI OR pay the fee by using net banking facility of SBI/State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/Hyderabad/Mysore/Patiala.

Educational Qualification:

For Army Wing: Pass in 12^th class or equivalent examination conducted by the State Education Board or University.

For Air Force & Naval Wing: Pass in 12^th class or equivalent with Physics & Mathematics conducted by the State Education Board or University.

How to Apply:

The candidates are required to go to the website (www.upsconline.nic.in) for filling of the online applications. Before starts the online process a candidate must have its scanned photograph & signature in jpg format & should not exceed than 40 KB & must not be less than 3 KB size for the photograph & 1 KB for the signature. After this the candidates fill all the necessary details mentioned in the notification & download their photograph & signature. After filling all the details candidate click the Sub,it button to complete the process.The Commission will conducted the written examination on 14 April 2013.

Union Public Service Commission invites application for various Vacancies in Combined Defense Services Examination (I), 2013 on 17 Feb. 2013 in Indian Navy, Army , Air force & Officers Training Academy Chennai for admission to the under mentioned courses.

Educational Qualification:

1) For Officer Training Academy & I.M.A: Degree form the recognized University OR Equivalent.
2) For Indian Naval Academy:  Degree in Engineering.
3) For Air Force: Degree form the recognized University (with Physics & Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Degree in Engineering.

Fees:

Candidate are required to pay Rs. 200/- [For SC/ST/Female Candidates fee should be exempted. The fee should be deposit in any branch of S.B.I by using cash or Net Banking facility.

Age Limit & Martial Status:

1) For Indian Military Academy: Unmarried Male Candidate not born earlier than 2 Jan. 1990 & not later than 1 Jan 1995.

2) For Air Force: Unmarried Male Candidate not born earlier than 2 Jan. 1991 & not later than 1 Jan 1995.

3) Officers Training Academy (For Men): Married or Unmarried candidates not born earlier than 2 Jan 1989 & not later than 1 Jan. 1995.

4) Officers Training Academy (For Women): Unmarried women candidates not born earlier than 2 Jan 1989 & not later than 1 Jan. 1995.

The Candidates are required to apply online by using the link (www.upsconline.nic.in) & fill all the necessary details. Before starting the filling of online application form a candidate must have his/her photograph not less than 3KB & signature is not less than 1KB scanned in the jpg format before the closing date.

Educational Qualification:

• Candidate should have passed 10+2 or Equivalent Examination with Mathematics, Physics & English with minimum 50% marks.
• Candidate should have passed 3 year Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile/Computer Science/Instrument Technology/Information Technology) with 50% marks
  from Govt. Recognized Institute.
